Return and Exchange Policy
We at LakeLife 24/7® appreciate your purchase, and we understand that sometimes, your purchase just doesn’t work out. It is our hope to make it right, and you are ultimately satisfied with your LakeLife 24/7® purchase.
We ask that all returns and exchanges be made within 30 days of the purchase.
Simply include with your return a brief note, citing the reason for the return, if you would like to exchange it for another product, size or color or if you would just like us to credit the account you used to purchase from LakeLife 24/7®.
Be sure to include your order number, return address and telephone number.
Send your package by: UPS ground, USPS first class or Priority (with tracking) to us at:

Allow 10 days from the time we receive your package for your return or exchange to be processed, your account credited or your new product to be shipped.
In the event the returned product is a "free with purchase" special, you may receive a LakeLife 24/7® web store credit rather than a refund.
If your merchandise arrives damaged, we pledge to do everything we can to get you a replacement as quickly as possible. Please call us at 205-335-0281 so we can instruct you on how to document the damage, and we can work to remedy the problem.
You are responsible for the return shipping charges, unless we agree that the original shipment was shipped to you upon error on our part or arrives damaged.
In those cases, we will pay the shipping costs to ensure the new or correct product gets to you. We also will send a call tag so that you can ship the wrong or damaged product right back to us!
